Enjoy the beautiful and relaxing surroundings of Elton Barn Camping and Fishery with a two-night stay, in a traditional Shepherds Hut.

Glamping otherwise known as ‘glamorous camping’ provides an opportunity for you to immerse yourself in the countryside with a few home comforts.

Shepherd Huts date back to the early 16th Century and were traditionally used as living accommodation for the shepherd while tending his flock away from the farmstead.

With this experience you stay for two nights, in a self-catering, shepherd hut. There’s a log burning stove traditional for heating and cooking, however now the huts boast the luxuries of modern day living with an electric kettle, toaster, small fridge, TV DVD combi with Freeview, a small heater and cosy double bed.

Relax in an armchair each and take in the beautiful views of the lake, surrounded by wildlife, trees and shrubs, the perfect stress-free environment.
