Are There Any Age Restrictions to Any Activities?
Age restrictions will vary between experiences, and it is important that all the information provided is read before purchasing to avoid any disappointment. Activities like the escape rooms and canyoning have a minimum age requirement of between 10 and 12 years old, whereas activities like the Tandem Skydive requires participants to be 16 or older with parental consent needed if under the age of 18. Often, when children under the age of 16 are allowed to do an activity, it will be required that a participating adult accompanies them, as with the Bear Grylls experiences.
If The Weather is Bad, Can I Come on a Different Day?
Sometimes, the weather may prevent the activity from taking place and the provider will need to cancel the experience. In this case we will happily rebook the experience for the next available dates. However, please be aware we are unable to cancel or rebook an experience unless in extenuating circumstances.
Are There Any Experiences for Large Groups?
A wide variety of our experiences can be undertake by 2 people, but there are some which are available to larger groups such as Escape the Room for Four, or the London Pub Crawl Treasure Hunt for Four, at various locations across the UK. If the products can be undertaken by more than one person, this will be mentioned on the website, so it is important to read all the available information before purchasing.
