Sausage Making Workshop For Two

This engaging sausage making workshop for two offers a practical introduction to the art of crafting high quality, free range pork sausages from scratch. You will make around a kilo of sausages while learning the techniques used to achieve a clean label product, free from additives and preservatives. The 2 hour experience begins with a brief history of sausage making before moving on to a step-by-step guided session using a hand held stuffing machine. Along the way, you’ll discover how to prepare, season and mix the filling, before moving on to the more hands-on stages of forming and linking sausages like a professional.

There is a real focus on skill-building, from achieving the right texture and seasoning balance through to mastering the satisfying (and slightly tricky) linking process. The workshop is designed to be enjoyable and accessible, with plenty of guidance throughout.

  • The minimum age is 10 years old, Under 16’s will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
