Pizza Making Workshop for Two

Set within a characterful wooden events barn on a working farm, this experience takes participants through every stage of creating a delicious pizza from scratch.

The workshop is entirely hands-on, beginning with preparing and selecting the wood, lighting the oven and learning about the history of traditional wood-fired cooking. Participants will then make their own dough, practise tossing it like a professional pizzaiolo, create a flavourful sauce and prepare their chosen toppings. Once everything is ready, pizzas are baked in a classic wood-fired oven before being enjoyed as part of a relaxed pizza picnic. Along the way, guests can develop practical cooking and baking skills, with recipes provided to recreate their favourite pizzas at home.
