Over the course of two hours, participants will learn how to transform simple ingredients into fresh, homemade pasta from scratch, guided through each stage of the process.
From mixing and kneading silky pasta dough to mastering a traditional pasta machine, the experience covers classic pasta-making techniques that can be recreated at home time and time again. Guests will cut ribbons of tagliatelle, shape delicate farfalle and gain a real appreciation for the craft behind one of Italy’s most loved dishes.
