Begin with an engaging introduction to the history of Brockleby’s and the heritage of the iconic Melton Mowbray pork pie before getting stuck into the practical side of traditional pie making.
Guided by experienced bakers, you’ll learn how to prepare and shape your own pork pies using authentic methods. This is a relaxed, informative session that blends storytelling with practical skills in a working bakery environment.
At the end of the 2 hour experience, you’ll have your own handmade pies to take away. They can be taken home on the day or chilled for collection later, depending on what suits you best.
