She started Viva Los Vegan eight years ago and it’s been her creative outlet to explore her passion for delicious sweet and savoury vegan recipes from all around the world. She works with Brighton based independent businesses such as Hisbe, Smorls, Kernel of Hove, Kindly and more.

With this experience you will take part in a seasonal vegan cookery lesson (via Zoom) with an emphasis on the seasonality of the ingredients, their origin and history of the recipe. Zoe will also be happy to offer variations on the recipe and advice on a vegan/plant based lifestyle.

A sample menu may include - Plant based tacos with all the fixings: homemade cheese sauce, pickled vegetables, mock meat, guacamole and salsa followed by Mexican chocolate pots.

The workshop is suitable for beginners and the participants needs will be assessed beforehand with recipes emailed in advance. If some of the ingredients are more specialist these will be sent to you beforehand.
