Dip and dive over the stunning landscapes below and admire the incredible sights as you are guided through the skies. Your skilled and highly experienced pilot will reveal plenty of interesting facts about your surroundings throughout your journey and will be sure to push the aircraft to its full potential. Sit back and marvel at the birds’ eye views and discover how truly magnificent flying can be.

When you arrive at your chosen airfield you will be welcomed by a specialist team who will go through the safety briefing. Then it’s time for a few photo opportunities and a final prep before you climb aboard. Your pilot will take you up to over 1,000ft whilst pointing out local landmarks for some great pictures. Cameras are positively encouraged, as with an experience this exhilarating you will want to relive it as often as possible. After the ride, you will be given a glass of bubbly to enjoy and some delicious chocolates to celebrate your once in a lifetime experience.

What did your experience entail?
As soon as I arrived at Bottisham Airfield I was put at ease by the lovely staff that greet you. I did add an extra person to my flight as I was feeling slightly nervous about taking part in it by myself, however this process was very easy and I even upgraded my seat to sit in the front with the pilot! On arrival, the staff provide you with your boarding pass and then you could sit outside and watch the other flights take off. Once it was our turn, we were provided with an in-depth safety briefing and then we were ready to take off. They took professional photos for us outside the helicopter and inside before take-off, which I did purchase after the flight, but this is optional. The flight itself was amazing the pilot pointed out all the sights that we went past and was very friendly. The flight lasted around 8 minutes; however, this was plenty of time. Once we landed, we were handed a bottle of bubbly and a box of chocolates to enjoy. It was a breathtaking experience that I would thoroughly recommend. At Bottisham Airfield, there was a lovely café that you could sit in whilst you wait for your turn, with the bonus of a museum which we were able to look around.
What did you enjoy the most?
My favourite part of this experience was the amazing views that you were able to see.
