This uplifting experience blends shared adventure, tranquil moments, and unforgettable views.
Their journey begins as either the first glow of dawn or the warm colours of sunset sweep across the East Anglian countryside, revealing stunning panoramas of rivers, fields, and picturesque villages.
They’ll begin their flight at one of four beautiful launch sites in Norfolk or Suffolk, where the pilot and crew will greet them warmly. They can simply watch the balloon being brought to life or even lend a hand during the exciting setup. Cold air fans gradually inflate the envelope before the burners ignite, lifting the balloon upright in a striking display of teamwork and precision.
Once the two of them step into the basket, the true magic begins. They’ll drift peacefully through the open sky for around an hour, travelling wherever the wind decides to take them. Every flight is completely unique, sometimes a gentle glide over a few miles, other times an exhilarating journey across the landscape. Throughout the experience, they’ll share breathtaking sunrise or sunset views and moments of pure calm high above the world below.
After landing smoothly in a suitable field, they’ll join the crew in packing the balloon away before celebrating their adventure together with a traditional glass of Champagne.

When can I go?
This experience is available Monday to Sunday, between 5:30am and 7am for morning flights or 3pm and 6pm for evening flights, subject to availability.
How long will my experience last?
This experience will last approximately 1 hour, please allow 3 to 4 hours for the whole adventure.
How many people is this experience for?
This voucher is for two people, there will be up to five other people in your group on the day.
Can I bring family and friends?
Spectators are more than welcome to watch the balloon launch, and follow the balloon. Passengers who aren't collected once landed, will be transported back to the launch site by the team.
What else do I need to know?
The minimum age is 9 years old, under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
All passengers must also be at least 140cm tall. Due to the weight and space restrictions of balloon baskets, passengers in excess of 20 stone (125kg) may be required to pay a supplement. Please contact the office to discuss your options before booking.
Check with your doctor that you are fit to fly. You must be able to climb in and out of the basket. You will need to be able to stand for the duration of the 60-to-90-minute flight. Unfortunately, you cannot fly if you are pregnant.
