This uplifting experience blends adventure, serenity, and unforgettable views. Their journey begins as either the first light of dawn or the warm glow of evening sun spreads across the East Anglian countryside, revealing sweeping scenes of rivers, fields, and charming villages.
They’ll start their experience at one of four beautiful launch sites in Norfolk or Suffolk, where the pilot and crew will be ready to welcome them. They can simply watch the balloon being prepared or even join in as the team brings it to life. Cold air fans slowly inflate the envelope before the burners fire up, lifting the balloon upright in an impressive display of precision and teamwork.
Once they step into the basket, the true magic begins. They’ll float quietly through the sky for around approximately an hour, travelling wherever the wind chooses. Each flight is completely unique, sometimes a gentle drift over nearby countryside, other times a spectacular journey covering many miles. Throughout the flight, they’ll enjoy breathtaking sunrise or sunset vistas and moments of peaceful wonder high above the landscape.
After touching down in a suitable field, they’ll help pack the balloon away before marking the occasion with a traditional Champagne toast.

When can I go?
This experience is available Monday to Sunday, between 5:30am and 7am for morning flights or 3pm and 6pm for evening flights, subject to availability.
How long will my experience last?
This experience will last approximately 1 hour, please allow 3 to 4 hours for the whole adventure.
How many people is this experience for?
This voucher is for one person, there will be up to five other people in your group on the day.
Can I bring family and friends?
Spectators are more than welcome to watch the balloon launch, and follow the balloon. Passengers who aren't collected once landed, will be transported back to the launch site by the team.
What else do I need to know?
The minimum age is 9 years old, under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
All passengers must also be at least 140cm tall. Due to the weight and space restrictions of balloon baskets, passengers in excess of 20 stone (125kg) may be required to pay a supplement. Please contact the office to discuss your options before booking.
Check with your doctor that you are fit to fly. You must be able to climb in and out of the basket. You will need to be able to stand for the duration of the 60-to-90-minute flight. Unfortunately, you cannot fly if you are pregnant.
