Have you got an under 17 that is itching to get behind the wheel? This experience is perfect for them!

They will get behind the wheel alongside an approved instructor, allowing them to drive in a stress-free environment, whilst enjoying the openness of the circuit. This experience fosters a far more engaging and fun approach to a child’s first driving experience, giving them a head start at learning to drive earlier than they would on the busy public roads. Youngsters will be driving a dual controlled Mazda MX-5 as they practice essential car control, building up their confidence. The dual control offers peace of mind for the participant, allowing the instructor to intervene if necessary. Drivers can further their understanding about potential hazards on the road and how to respond to them in a practical scenario off the roads. Safety is paramount but the emphasis is on having fun!

Drift Limits, pride themselves on being a Motorsports Academy, where they help mould the drivers of tomorrow. During the debrief they’ll go through all the budding driver has covered, registering their newly found skills in their own Skill Book.

This programme is designed to steer youngsters towards passing Drift Limits’ Motorsport Academy Licence, should they wish to continue, giving them the best start for future Formula One champions and Drift Kings alike, unlocking the next level of driving. This enables the driver to then progress into supercars such as Lamborghini’s or Ferraris, joining the adult sessions flat out around the track, before they even pass their driving test!

A parent or guardian will be asked to sign a disclaimer on behalf of the drivers.

What else do I need to know?

All drivers must be at between 11 to 16 years old.

Maximum height 1.42m (4ft 8in), Max height 1.88m (6ft 2in). Max weight 18 stone (115kg). A parent or guardian will be asked to sign a disclaimer on behalf of the drivers.

Drivers must be physically fit with no serious health conditions. Flat soled shoes must be worn and glasses if required.
