Their two-hour spa experience includes exclusive use of a traditional Scandinavian wood-fired hot tub, an authentic wood-fired barrel sauna, and an invigorating cold-water plunge. Guests can alternate between soothing heat and refreshing cold therapy, relax in the dedicated chill-out area, or explore the surrounding meadows, woodland and arboretum parkland at their leisure.

To make the experience even more indulgent, robes, towels and flip-flops are provided, along with a glass of Prosecco each to enjoy while unwinding in the tranquil surroundings. The retreat also includes a one-hour infrared sauna session and a one-hour treatment each, offering the perfect opportunity to soothe tired muscles, release tension and embrace complete relaxation.

As the day draws to a close, retreat to a premium woodland lodge for an overnight stay. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, each lodge offers a private hot tub and private sauna, creating the ultimate sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. Whether soaking beneath the stars, enjoying the sounds of nature or simply relaxing together in comfort, every moment is designed to promote wellbeing and relaxation.
