The experience for two people, includes a blend of energising reformer Pilates and mat Pilates sessions, helping to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall wellbeing. You'll also receive a relaxing one hour, hands on treatment, tailored to ease tension and encourage deep relaxation. To complete the experience, unwind in the warmth of the infrared sauna, allowing your body and mind time to reset, recharge, and recover.
