What better way is there to prepare yourself before an evening in the West End, than by enjoying a bespoke tea for two. This cream tea includes a selection of afternoon tea sandwiches, one freshly baked scone served warm with Devonshire clotted cream, strawberry and raspberry preserve, an afternoon tea cake and a choice of teas or freshly ground coffee. Then enjoy the theatre at its very best with a choice of classic and modern productions. The shows you can choose from include: Mousetrap Wicked You will be allocated the best available seats at the time of booking, these will typically be in the Upper Circle.

Description
What better is there to spend a memorable evening in the Capital then with a meal and tickets to see a West End show! The West End is synonymous with the theatre, the huge musical posters and bright lights all create a real buzz for a fantastic night out.
Your evening will begin with a delicious two-course meal from a set menu at a nearby restaurant, choices include Palm Court or similar. Then it's off to enjoy your chosen show, where you can choose from the following options: Wicked Mousetrap Seating will typically be in the Upper Circle or Circle depending on availability. Meal and show tickets must be picked up at the theatre box office before eating at the restaurant. Please note, all shows are subject to availability and change. There may be extra shows available throughout the year, please check for an up-to-date list at the point of booking.

What did you get up to?
We made our way to Number Twelve to enjoy our afternoon treat before attending the theatre. The service was very friendly and the tea itself was delicious. The building was very grand and everything inside was clean and well kept. The afternoon tea was served on a modern three-tiered stand which was a quirky twist on the usual traditional stand. There were generous portions and we both left feeling satisfied and full. Then it was time to make our way to the theatre. This was easy to find and near the afternoon tea venue. We felt our day in London was a total treat and would be a great experience for marking a special occasion.
What did you enjoy the most?
The show itself was excellent! The singing, choreography, costumers and set design were incredible. We vaguely knew the story line beforehand but left with a different perspective of the whole Wizard of Oz story.

The gift experience was very easy to book and organise. The restaurant we chose was a lovely italian with great atmosphere and a good choice from the set menu. The seats in the theatre were ok and fair in relation to the price of the gift experience. We had a lovely time

We received it as a wedding gift.Booking the dinner and theatre was an easy process with professional and efficient customer service. We went to Sicily restaurant where the dinner restaurant was served quickly and we didn’t have any problem whatsoever with the food. Again, very professional staff there. The musical wicked on a Thursday night wasn’t the best possible entertainment that London had to offer.again smooth queue at the box office, it took two mins to collect the ticket in spite of a lot of people ahead of us. Pricey drinks in the theatre but for that beauty theatre we that’s worth!

I loved the show but the seats that were sold with this package were only in the upper circle which in my view is too high and far away to enjoy the experience thoroughly, there was no leg room either and I began to get uncomfortable sitting in a still position for so long with no room to move or stretch my legs.

Received the experience pack as a gift knew what we wanted to see. All was very good food was fantastic (Sicily) show was spectacular (Wicked). Only issue all bookings have to be done by calling up cannot be done online.

I purchased 2 of these tens as gifts for my sister and daughter so we could all go together as a treat for my daughters birthday, I had nothing but hassle from the day I tried to book. I was told I only had a couple of show to choose from and if I waited a month new titles would be added so I wanted and called back after a month to be told no new titles and I then had to choose from 2 shows so I selected Motown and was told that I would receive email confirmation for both vouchers I redeemed. I did receive one email but the other did not arrive so I emailed the person had been dealing with to get it sent again but no response after a week I called again to get the email sent which took a long time to sort out but eventually it came while I was on the phone I queried the fact it says cream tea on the email and not afternoon tea and that I was concerned as he venue did this option which was tea and scones but my gift box clearly said afternoon tea after some time of the person checking with her supervisor she cane back in the phone and assured me that it was for afternoon tea and read me the menu of food we would get so I was happy that it was correct. When we arrived at the tea venue we were told that it was for cream tea only and that meant just tea and scones I explained what I had been told but they insisted that if we wanted afternoon tea we had to pay extra money so we did as we had not eaten, the service at the ea was terrible only allowing you one pot of tea and the sandwiches and cakes tastes like they had been sitting around all morning at no point did the staff come over to check everything was ok they just stood around chatting with each other when we had had enough we got presented with the bill and they also slapped on a service charge as we had upgraded our tea ! I was furious. The show was very good and would recommend that to anyone but the tea was horrible. After I checked the prices for what had been included in the package the tickets and the cream tea and worked out it would have cost us £48 a head but the gift experience had cost £60 each why a rip off would never buy this again

Nevertheless, I am pleased to hear you did enjoy the show on the day. I can confirm you did receive the afternoon tea as described in the booklet, it is just titled differently by the experience provider; however it does include all that you would expect from a full afternoon tea (sandwiches, cakes etc.).
