Tour & Sparkling Tea for Two at Wildshark Vineyard

A truly memorable day out at a beautiful, eco-friendly sustainable vineyard in the heart of Kent.

Wildshark vineyard was born from ancient seas and named in respect to the sea monsters that swam there over fifty million years ago during the cretaceous period, when the North Downs were the bed of a vast ocean. White sharks and Megalodon sharks swam in vast numbers amongst the many other weird and wonderful creatures of the deep.

It’s now a destination where relaxation, discovery, and a touch of indulgence come together to create a wonderful, shared experience.

This expert guided, group tour through the vines, is a leisurely experience and offers a fascinating glimpse into the world of vine growing and winemaking. Participants will get to enjoy the scenic surroundings while learning about the vines, the care that goes into the growing and farming process and the journey from grape to glass. It’s an opportunity to slow down, enjoy the fresh air, and appreciate the craft behind every bottle.

The tour culminates with a delicious, sparkling afternoon tea, providing the perfect end to this experience and time to relax and reflect on the tour. The afternoon tea includes a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, delicate sweet treats, served with a glass of the vineyard’s own sparkling wine. It’s an indulgent moment to savour, whether celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying quality time together.

• When can I go?

  This experience is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, subject to availability.

• How long will my experience last?

  The tour will last approximately one to one and a half hours, followed by Afternoon Tea.

• How many people is this experience for?

  This experience is for two people to enjoy, there will be others there on the day.

• Can I bring family and friends?

  Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for spectators.

• What else do I need to know?

  • The minimum age is 18 years old.

  • You will need to have general fitness as there is some walking involved. There is also a fairly steep incline along parts of the route. If you have any dietary requirements, please notify the venue on booking.
