Overview

The perfect gift for any car enthusiast. This package lets them drive their dream car for 3 miles around a track, experiencing the expert handling and loud roar of the engine when they pull away.

There are 15 cars to choose from, all quick, and all guaranteed to quench their need for speed! From the seductive Ferrari 430 to the chic Aston Martin – there is something for everyone.

When you arrive at your chosen track you will sign in and collect your itinerary, next up is a driver briefing with an experienced, qualified instructor. It is then time for you to get behind the wheel of your chosen supercar, put the pedal to the metal and experience what these supercars can really do. Once you’ve completed your 3 miles driving (typically about 2 – 3 laps depending on the track) you will be given a high-speed passenger ride in a performance saloon, with the experienced instructor handling every corner and bend with the finesse of a true professional.

If Prestwold driving centre is your chosen track you’ll also be offered a high-speed 4x4 off road passenger ride – hang on to your seat, it’ll be a bumpy ride!

Also Included in your package is a professional photograph taken during your drive for you to keep, as well as a certificate to commemorate your driving experience.

The experience will last between 5 – 10 minutes and you will be at the venue for a total of approximately 60 minutes.

Choose from the following cars; Ariel Atom, Aston Martin, Audi R8, Bentley, BMW i8, Caterham, Ferrari 360/430, Jaguar F-Type, Lamborghini Gallardo / LP560, Nissan GTR, Porsche 911 (997), a Rally Car, Single Seater FF1800.

The experience lasts between 5–10 minutes. You will be at the venue for approximately 1 hour.

Can I bring family and friends?

Spectators are welcome. Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What else do I need to know?

This minimum age is 17 years old. Under 18s need parental/guardian consent.

Minimum height is 147cm, and maximum 193cm. Maximum weight is 127g. Participants must be in good health and must wear glasses if required.

All participants must hold a full valid driving licence and must have this present with them on the day the event is taking place. (International licences accepted)

What did you get up to?
I went to Prestwold Driving Centre for my Supercar Dash with Everyman Racing. I booked myself in to drive a Nissan GTR, a car I’ve always wanted to take for a spin. When I got there, I chose to upgrade and get some demo laps to get to know the track from an instructor, and also to drive an extra car, an Ariel Atom! It was super easy to book, sign in, and do any upgrades I wanted. The day is really well organised, you simply go up to the flag for your car, say that you’re ready to go, and when it’s your turn they call out your name and you meet your instructor and your car. Then before I knew it, I was doing over 100mph down the main straight!

What did you enjoy the most?
Getting tips from the instructors on the best lines and then absolutely going for it as you get familiar with the car is such a good feeling! Especially if you go for a convertible or open topped car like the Atom as you really feel the speed as everything goes rushing past!

Top Tip
1. Don’t be afraid of asking the instructors for advice! They want you to drive as best as you can too!
2. Dress for the weather, as you’ll be waiting outdoors for your drives.
3. Get them to take a picture of you with the car and put it on Facebook so people think it’s yours!
