Choose a 25 minute treatment, from either a back, neck and shoulder massage, a reflexology foot massage, or a deep-cleansing facial. Each treatment is designed to help you feel your best, relieving tension while it revitalises and energises.

The back, neck and shoulder massage, relieves tension and relaxes muscles by working the energy lines running down your neck and back. These effective techniques will melt knots away, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The foot massage uses the pressure points in the foot to relieve pain and tension in the rest of the body, so you can relax and feel at ease.

The deep-cleansing facial brings a healthy glow to the skin while it revitalises and energises, providing immediate and long-lasting results by improving the quality, texture and look of your skin.
