Both visitors may enjoy the facilities for a few hours or an entire day depending on location, which typically consist of relaxation rooms, a pool, a sauna, a steam room, a Jacuzzi and a gymnasium. The amenities vary by location. Guests can also choose either a back, neck and shoulder massage to relieve stubborn muscle aches, or a facial for skin that requires some special attention. Depending on the location selected, a manicure or pedicure may also be available for those whose hands or feet are in need of some soothing and a pop of colour. Unwind together and enjoy a day of pampering heaven.

Description
Catch up with a friend whilst enjoying a relaxing spa day. Make use of the facilities and delight in a refreshing glass of Prosecco each.
You and a guest will enjoy the facilities for a day which will vary depending on location, typically including a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a member of staff who will provide you with robes and slippers for you to fully relax and feel at home whilst enjoying the calming ambience. Both guests will also be served a chilled glass of Prosecco each to add to the experience! Please note Shrigley Hall Hotel & Spa do not offer Prosecco.

What did you get up to?
I visited Natural Light Spa in Surrey for a Spa day for Two (use of facilities) including Prosecco. We went on a Friday afternoon as the use of facilities are between 1pm and 4pm. We do not live close to the area however the spa was very easy to find and had a large car park that was free of charge by registering our number plate with the staff. When we entered the staff were very friendly and we were provided with robes, towels and lockers and shown to the changing rooms. We had the use of the pool, the sauna, the steam room and the meditation gardens outside. Sadly the Jacuzzi was not available on the day we attended.
What did you enjoy the most?
Our favourite part of the experience was the gardens outside, we attended on a sunny afternoon and spent a lot of time relaxing outside on the swing and we also sat inside the hammocks and on the beds. The staff were very helpful and friendly and bought our drinks outside for us to enjoy in the sun. They also offered an alternative to prosecco and were very accommodating.

- If you are looking to enjoy the meditation gardens I would advise attending on a warmer day as it is nice to sit outside and enjoy the outdoor facilities.

we spent a lovely 4 hours at the spa making use of the sauna, steam room and swimming pool. the gym was small, and very clean however, we did not use this facility as we did not wear the correct gym gear. the massage was a amazing and just what we needed. the staff were super friendly and made sure our visit was (almost) perfect. the only thing I would say that was negative was the fact that the experience came with a glass of prosecco each which we never got and the slippers that should have been supplied were unavaile as they had run out. the only others on offer were at a £5 deposit which we declined. other than that it was an amazing experience and we will 100% be going back

Whole process was simplicity itself from start to finish, highly efficient. Activating the Activity Superstore voucher was easy and then booking the treatment equally so. I couldn't believe it when I pulled up at this little gem of a place (Barn Mews Clinic). Very welcoming and highly professional, and the treatment itself was heavenly, absolutely first class. Would thoroughly recommend.

The venue was fine, a small little salon in the middle of Brighton, a convenient short walk from the station. The young lady that signed us in was friendly. Massage was fine but very short in time, I think it was no more than half an hour in total. There are no other facilities to use, so i feel it was quite expensive for what you got.
