On receiving this gift I was unable to activate straight away due to personal circumstances 💔 my date over ran but after speaking to the company , they were very understanding and supportive ❤️ following this , I was able to name my star for a very special loved one and for that I am truly grateful 💖

Why do you sell bit of paper, for name of a star. Offer something more substantial. I didnt know she bought this. Company should be ashamed coming a young girl. Oh shame is a old concept.

The gift was amazing, the only problem I now have is that I have since split from the horrible abusive, narsasit that got me a star and I will never be free from him as there is a star in the sky somewhere named after us both and this makes me cringe every time I think about it. ;(

I liked the idea of naming a star as a memorial for someone. I received the welcome package with the register code quite quickly, but as I expected the named Star Deed to be dated I waited quite a while between receiving the code and registering my chosen star name. I contacted Customer Services to confirm how the date would be recorded, and was informed that the date on the deed would be the date that I completed the online registration. This was not the case. The deed itself is undated and the cover letter that accompanied the deed was dated five days after registration. Had the deed been dated, it would have been wrong. Furthermore, I expected the name to be recorded exactly as I had typed it, I used all lowercase letters, but the deed is typed all in block capitals. It is these small details that would discourage me from using this particular gift in the future.
