The basic principles of brewing beer have remained unchanged for centuries and during this tour you will see all parts of the process including: fermenting, where the sugar is broken down into alcohol; conditioning, which gives beer a smoother taste; and filtering which stabilises the flavour and gives beer its polished shine and brilliance. To complete this experience you will also get to taste some of the brewery's beers.

At the beginning of your experience you will first meet your expert brewery guide. Then you will be taken around the brewery where you will get to see what goes on behind the scenes. In Medieval Britain birds of prey were often present at grand occasions such as pageants, weddings and jousting tournaments. On arrival you will be greeted by one of the falconers and given an overview of the disciplines and history of falconry, followed by a brief introduction to the husbandry and welfare of birds and the equipment used in falconry. You will then have the opportunity to fly two birds "to the fist" so you can experience the unforgettable sensation of having a magnificent bird of prey on your arm. From start to finish you will be in the thick of the action whilst the falconer guides and educates you in aspects of the raptor world.

The treasure hunts are either driving ones where instead of following a map or Satnav you download a fun, interactive App to unlock the quiz-based clues to find the correct route.
