Thunderous noise, churning water and rapids all around you - some serious teamwork is required to get you through it all. This is the unbelievable thrill of white water rafting.
You can raft on man-made rapids, which are guaranteed to give you lots of white water excitement! Alternatively you can try natural white water rafting in the Scottish Highlands, where you will enjoy the excitement of this sport in beautiful unspoilt surroundings.
The session starts with a thorough safety briefing by a qualified instructor, followed by tuition where you'll learn to perfect your paddling technique. Then it’s time to take to the river on a raft.
For natural rapids, white water rafting is dependent on water levels and therefore can only run if the water is high enough. We ensure that you have a thorough safety briefing and that you are professionally looked after by a qualified instructor. Then you enjoy travelling down river on the raft.
For man made rapids, pumps control the discharge of the water down the 300 metre white water course allowing the centre to control the flow rates, therefore altering the course's difficulty and the skill levels required to paddle it. After a dry land briefing session and issue of equipment you will spend 1 1/2 hours white water rafting.
You may be required to help carry the raft and equipment during your experience. Several stretches of river are used, some are a 45-minute bus ride from the meeting point (transportation is included). The rafting is dependent on water levels and therefore can only run if the water is high enough.

Escape the stresses of modern day living and get closer to nature with this fantastic Two Night Camping Experience.
Camping can be great fun and this experience allows you to enjoy all the joys of camping without having to rough it.
If you're not aspiring to be Bear Grylls then this experience is a great alternative and could be seen more as glamping than clamping with its comfortable and inviting camping pods. The camping pods resemble wooden huts and have many advantages over most tents. For a start, they are guaranteed to stay dry inside, which is particularly handy when you can’t rely on the great British weather. If you're looking for a short break away to escape somewhere different and quirky with your partner, camping pods are the perfect getaway.
This voucher entitles two adults to a two night's stay in a camping pod. You can book additional nights at an extra fee at time of booking. Camping pods are generally empty shells so for comfort we recommend you take blow up beds and bedding, however, this does not apply to all pods and we advise that you check on booking. Restrictions may apply to days of the week and months of the year for some locations.
*Please note, at the Paignton location you are unable to take pets.

What did you get up to?
Our experience started with an Afternoon Tea at Novotel London Bridge. From the beginning, staff members were all very welcoming and to our surprise one of them visited our hometown in Ukraine. All cakes were not only photo worthy but scrumptious as well. We were also given a drinks menu, from which we ordered a cappuccino and a green tea which came in a lovely tea pot.
After this we went to The View From The Shard. After the elevator took us up to the 68th floor, we had the option to walk up three more floors. Whilst going up, we had a lot of fun looking for beloved London attractions: St Paul Cathedral, Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Everything was decorated for the Queen’s Jubilee and felt highly appropriate as we continued embracing Britishness after our Afternoon Tea.
What did you enjoy the most?
For example:
Our favourite part of the experience was tasting all the lovely cakes and taking photos and videos of them, while catching up.
At the Shard my favourite spot was roofless terrace with all the photo zones. It was also interesting to see London from a different perspective.
Top Tip
1. Floor 68 is quieter vs. the top floor and perfect for taking photos :)
2. Leave time for a lovely walk down the Thames
3. Leave space in your tummy for all the cakes.
