Junior Rally Taster

Give the gift of adrenaline with this Junior Rally Driving Experience at the legendary Silverstone Rally School — the world’s first rally school and the perfect place for young driving enthusiasts to discover the thrill of rallying. Set in a professional training environment, this exciting experience introduces junior drivers to the fundamentals of rally car control under expert guidance. It begins with a short classroom briefing covering safety, driving techniques and the basics of rally handling, helping build confidence before stepping behind the wheel.

Once the briefing is complete, it’s time to take control of a rally-prepared Suzuki Swift and head out onto the practice area. With instruction from experienced rally tutors, participants will learn essential rally techniques including handbrake turns and controlled power slides. The experience builds towards an exhilarating highlight: putting everything together on a lap of the fully authentic gravel rally stage. Fast-paced, exciting and completely unforgettable, this junior rally experience makes a fantastic gift for young motorsport fans and offers a genuine taste of life behind the wheel. Allow approximately 1–2 hours on site for the full experience.

  This experience is for one person, there will be other people there on the day.

• What else do I need to know?

  • Must be between 12 and 17 years old, with a minimum height of 4ft 10 (1 meter 47cm).

  • This experience is available to all children who meet the minimum height requirement of 147cm (4ft 10") to 185cm (6ft 1") and the maximum weight is 14 stone.

  • You will need to speak fluent English in order to understand the instructor.
