  Wow this was an epic day! A wonderful present from my sister for my birthday. Christian was an incredible host, he looked after our group, spotting lots of great things to forage and taste as we walked towards the beach. Snacking on the samphire, sea purse and many more. Lunch was an amazingly prepared on the beach, with foraged tea and homemade focaccia bread. After lunch lots of foraging in the rock pools for sea truffle! Chris gave us lots of ideas on how to cook, prepare or use our foraged treasures and also how to forage sustainably too. It was a superb group and great day, could not recommend more highly.   Highly recommend! Great foraging experience with a wealth of information, Christian is not only extremely knowledgeable but also really fun. The food that was cooked with the foraged goods was incredible, the best soup I've ever tasted! Really great day all round 😊 I went home and made a wild garlic pesto straight away.

  Had a fabulous day on a forage with Chris. Really informative and interesting. Followed by a demonstration in cooking edible plants and fungi which we got to taste and was delicious. I look forward to attending other forages with him in the future.

  This experience far exceed my expectations. Chris who runs it , is really easy to get along with , and is friendly and informative. The food and drinks were so tasty 😋 . I also was lucky enough to meet his mum and dad , who were very lovely . His mum made the most amazing chutney. Will definitely be back again .
