Extreme Rage Buggy Blast Experience

The all-new Rage Motorsport Hurricane is being described as beast of a machine, delivering an awesome 0-60 mph in just under 4 seconds. With its 1050cc Yamaha Fx Nytro engine producing 140bhp and reaching a top speed of over 120mph, driving this vehicle is sure to leave you grinning with excitement!
 
The experience will kick off with an in-car briefing, where a qualified instructor will show you the operations of the vehicle, including the Bluetooth intercom, as well as giving you the safety do’s and don’ts. Then it’s time to get behind the wheel of the off-road buggy and onto the purpose-built rally track for 6 laps.
 
Using the latest Bluetooth intercom technology you’ll communicate with the instructor along the way, so you’ll be able to take advantage of their expertise and fine-tune your driving along the way.

A certificate will be given upon completion to commemorate your rage buggy experience.

• When can I go?

  This experience is available on selected weekday dates, subject to availability. Weekends incur a £25 surcharge payable directly to the supplier.

• How long will my experience last?

  This experience will last approximately 1 hour.

• How many people is this experience for?

  This experience is for one person, there will be other people there on the day.

• Can I bring family and friends?

  You're welcome to bring friends and family to watch you take to the track!

• What else do I need to know?

  • The minimum age for this experience is 17 years.

  • The minimum height is 1.5 metres, and the maximum 1.9 metres. The maximum weight is 19 stone.

  • Drivers should have a full valid UK driving license.

  • The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle. The driver will be given an option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident. Drivers are under no obligation to purchase this optional waiver. Full details are available at the time of booking.

  Rage buggy was broken so wasn’t available. The cam-am buggy which was available was limited to one gear so was very slow, very quickly bouncing off the rev limiter. The whole experience was over very quickly with only about 4 laps but the wait for the experience was really long. The track wasn’t a track more a couple of random old tyres. Overall very disappointing, certainly nothing extreme about it!

  The Buggy itself was great fun just the track wasn't big enough plus there was another car chasing us round Track which was far faster then us So couldn't pull away that much and make most of the small track to enjoy the experience

  Arrival and check-in was easy enough. After seeing the track the supercars race around and finding myself getting excited, I was left underwhelmed when I was taken to the rage buggy track. Small with lots of bends, I knew I wouldn’t be hitting top speeds. Didn’t find anything “Extreme” about the experience and the 6 laps went so fast - it felt like it was over before it began. The buggy is left hand drive which has the potential to put you at a disadvantage but it wasn’t that bad. Glad I did it but I won’t be “racing” back to do it again.
