Best of British Triple Drive

This Best of British triple drive allows the lucky recipient to take control of three amazing cars driving approximately 3 miles in each car. The choice of iconic British cars include the Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Jaguar E Type, Lotus Cortina, Aston Martin DB9, Mini Cooper and the MK1 Escort.

After the driver has registered and received their welcome they will be given a briefing from a professional racing instructor. After which, they will get behind the wheel for up to 3 laps of the track with a total of 9 miles driving. After taking to the track for a thrilling drive they will be shown how it’s really done with a professional taking them on a high speed passenger ride.

• When can I go?

  This experience is available on selected Monday to Friday dates, throughout the year.

• How long will my experience last?

  You will drive 9 miles in total, please allow for approximately 3 hours at the venue.

• How many people is this experience for?

  This experience is for one person, there will be other people there on the day.

• Can I bring family and friends?

  You are welcome to bring friends and family to watch you take to the track.

• What else do I need to know?

  • The minimum age is 17 years old.

  • Drivers must be fit and healthy and not suffer from any conditions that may impact their ability to drive the car safely. The maximum weight is 20st (127kg) and the minimum height is 135cm (4ft 5").

  • You will be required to hold a full UK or European manual driving licence and this will need to be presented on the day.

  • The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle. The driver will be given an option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident. Drivers are under no obligation to purchase this optional waiver. Full details are available at the time of booking.

  • This is for a voucher entitling the holder to any of the activities supplied by Activity Superstore up to the value stated.

  Booked as a gift to dive 3 astons and primarily a db5. However after long waiting times to check in and register then more waiting around for available cars I was presented with a poor replica of the db5 which in my view is misrepresentation as what was promised. The whole event was so disappointing that I left without completing my third drive in a db9. Would certainly not recommend

  Staff were great on arrival (long que but went down very quickly). Processed efficiently and politely. Straight out to the cars and completed the laps. All cars are in OK condition and the co-drivers are top chaps. Really good fun and well worth the money.

  Great cars. Great staff. Great day out. All Staff extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Sywell Aerodrome was a bit small for the cars. Could do with a proper circuit.

  Great day out driving the Bond cars - however advance notice should be given that this is not an exclusive event and that there are many other packages taking place simultaneously. There were approximately 700 people there which includes family members observing. The queue to register was quite long but the staff and the instructors were very helpful considering how many people were there. The instructors were excellent. The circuit itself was quite a short one in view of the number of car makes there. There were sufficient toilets and some eating facilities but best bring your own. This is essentially an outdoor event but fortunately the weather was good. So overall it was enjoyable but be prepared for the number of people there.

  Turned up to register and was told I wasn't booked to drive anything. I showed him my booking conformation and was then allocated to drive two out of the three I booked for. I was told to select an alternative for the first choice as that vehicle had not been repaired since breaking down on a previous event. The options available were limited, so I chose one I had no real interest to drive. The Escort Mk1 I had actually booked was very tired and well used, the seatbelts full harness buckle took about four or five attempts to lock in, I was told keep trying and it will lock, I just hoped it would hold together if there was an accident? After hanging around for over three hours there was an announcement that my last choice of car had broken down and could not be repaired, so I then had to pick a car from an even shorter list of options. Yet again a vehicle that I had no interest in driving. Due to the late booking of this vehicle, I had to wait even later in the day in order to fulfil my 3 car experience. The video recording on one of the cars I drove wasn't working, as for the other two, the cost wasn't reflective of an enjoyable day. Quite a disappointingly very long day really, sad.

  Very limited facilities Excessive wait times Poor quality cars 75 Vantage particularly disappointing Current vantage was an old 4.3 not even a 4.7 and suffered from lag when flooring accelerator - normal road car does not do this. BD5 saved the day! Can not recommend and would most certainly not repeat.
