  As I used gift card I do believe it was soo overpriced... X3 Tapas can be purchased at 16£ inside restaurant without any gift cards. And also drinks are 2x for 10£ any other day.. I have paid 49£ for 5x Tapas and x2 drinks... Stupid me ;( Simply don't use that gift cards or other scams.

  I understand I was using a gift voucher, I am not sure whether this is why nobody seemed to care, but it really did not feel like £100 worth of food abd drinks. Cocktails tasted like orange juice with no booze, got shouted at by barman when I tried to complain, food was served cold and inedible. Avoid!

  Great choice of tapas dishes and cocktails. Good portions were served, we certainly didn't leave hungry. Staff were friendly and talked us through the menu. Venue was clean with a great atmosphere. We went on a weekday around six ish and it wasn't too busy. Live music was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend.

  A good selection of different dishes to choose from with a mixture of spicy and mild flavours. Plenty for everyone to find something they liked including both veggie and meat options. We picked the wrong cocktails and so sadly didn’t enjoy those as much.

  The food was yummy - service was great and great cocktails. Just one thing when it is tapas for 2 - give an even number of things - three / five of each thing doesn't divide between 2 :-) not a problem but would be nice to have even numbers

  Terrible experience from start to finish!! If I could rate zero, I would!! We arrived promptly for our booking at 8PM and were greeted at the door, had our details taken and were asked to wait at the bar while our table was prepared. No problem with this and we were more than happy to order a drink while we wait. Expecting to be seated in a few minutes we order a drink and wait. We then wait for more than 30 minutes while the woman who was seating us seemingly tends to other things, just not us. She then disappears, so we call another waitress who says she will be with us shortly, she disappears too. After waiting over 30 minutes I ask the bar staff to call a manager who arrives and promptly sorts our table. Shortly after being seated we are seen by a waitress who takes our order. As we were using the experience voucher we decide to add a few extra dishes at our own cost. We then wait 40/50 mins when the waitress comes over to apologise for the wait and informs us our extras will not be charged due to the poor service and informs us that they have a big event on upstairs which has affected our service. We're happy with this but by now just want to eat, as it is close to 9:30pm. The food arrives another 10 minutes later with none of the extra dishes that we ordered. The food was cold, the chicken skewers inedible and chewy. It then takes us another 10 minutes to get the attention of the waitress to ask where the extras are, she asks how the food is and we inform her that most of it is cold. To the waitresses credit, she does offer to replace the food but by now, we just want to finish, leave and continue with our evening, which up until this point had been wasted. 10 minutes later the rest of the order arrives. Very poor service from the outset, and I appreciate these places can get busy but if you can't manage, don't take our booking. I'm currently waiting a response from Activity Superstore to advise on how they're going to deal with this, as we feel this experience, which was a gift, has been completely wasted going to this venue.

  Great service from entry to restaurant and meal service. Table was good but location of table reserved adequate for 6 and located on thoroughfare to exit and toilets. Big space for 2 people.
