When seated we waited 20 minutes to order and receive drinks We were then given tapas menu and told 4 of them were sold out at 7 pm on a Saturday? 3 of them we were going to order. Then after choosing our 5 got told after 10 minutes 1 of those was also sold out. We stayed night in Cardiff for this experience and it ruined our stay .

Not good value. But it was bought as a gift and our activity was very limited which is why this is not a good way to give someone a gift. Better to give them cash or buy direct from the provider. Food was tasty but small portions. Didn’t stay long but had to use the voucher before date expired. Definitely not recommend Activity Superstore or Revolution de Cuba

No I do not recommend this product.
I will fully admit that one of our parties had been late to the booking by just under 10 minutes, although the other member was there on time if not slightly early. The party that arrived, informed the staff that the other was running behind due to a late train. No issues presented. By the time the late arrival came, they were pointed in the direction of the table, with no menus, or drinks. Politely, we waited for the staff to drop off some menus or offer some drinks and waited a further 20 minutes to even be given menus. Fully appreciate that it’s a busy Friday night that we attended, but a wait for drinks or food is expected- but not menus. Ordered our drinks and 5 tapas quite quickly, had an average wait of 15 minutes for drinks, and probably about 25 minutes for the food. The food was good but really small portions. The drinks were really tasty and alcoholic so no issues there. Food wasn’t checked back on, but in fairness there was nothing wrong with it. Personally, wouldn’t bother again.
