Set in a working bakery on the farm, this practical workshop guides participants through the process of creating two much-loved continental bakes from scratch.
Inspired by Mediterranean flavours, the first bake is a fragrant focaccia filled with rosemary, thyme, oregano, tomatoes and olives. Under the guidance of a professional baker, participants will learn key bread-making techniques while crafting a golden, pillowy loaf packed with flavour.
The second bake celebrates the Swedish tradition of fika, with beautifully twisted cinnamon knots made from enriched yeast dough. From kneading and shaping to twisting and tying, participants will gain valuable baking skills before taking home both freshly baked creations.
Whether shared as a thoughtful present or enjoyed as a day out together, this experience offers the chance to learn, bake and leave with two impressive homemade treats.
