What did you receive?
I received a 3 month spice subscription. Each month I was sent different spices and a booklet of recipes to try out. The first month was Indian spices, the second month was themed ‘Around the World’ which included Jamaican, Mexican and Chinese spice rubs. And finally on the third month I received African and Middle Eastern spices.

What was your favourite part?
There were many things I loved about this subscription. Firstly, it’s so nice to receive something straight to my door. The package was cute with a sticker and message on it for the postman! Inside the box there was also a message for me. It felt like a really personal service!
I could smell the spices from the package straight away. I decided to try out the Tunisian Inspired Harissa Chickpea Stew first. Following the recipe instructions was straight forward. The stew was hot so the kids enjoyed it with some Greek yogurt as suggested. I had 3 happy kids and 1 happy husband that evening!
I love that you can experiment with the spices, use them in your own recipes as well as the recipes in the booklet provided. It is so nice to have a wide variety of spices that I have never tried before. I have spices still left over, which I am looking forward to use again!
