Awfully rude and unwelcoming staff who denied we had a booking despite us showing them numerous email confirmations. Shoved us upstairs in an empty non-atmospheric room next to the waiter/waitress workstation. I was then told to go downstairs to show the voucher again!! Told us ‘once you order your drinks…you have to stick to that’. No problems at all but why the rudeness?? We chose house white which was disgusting. We were made extremely unwelcome? We decided to up and leave and never ordered any food. Not sure if we were made unwelcome because we had a voucher? This was a treat before my daughter returned to University. Terribly disappointed and we would never return or recommend. Absolutely awful!
