Learn the craft of sourdough baking from the ground up in a hands-on, all-day workshop designed to build real confidence in your home baking. This immersive sourdough bread making workshop is designed to take the confusion out of baking with natural fermentation, and give you a solid, practical foundation to build on. Ideal for beginners or home bakers ready to expand their skills, it focuses on understanding the process as much as the final loaf.
Across the day, you’ll both work with experienced bakers who guide you through every stage, from creating and caring for a natural sourdough starter to shaping and baking your own bread. You’ll also mill your own flour, learn how to use sourdough discard creatively, and make a selection of baked treats along the way.
A real highlight of the day is making your own sourdough starter to take home, giving you everything you need to continue baking confidently beyond the workshop. You’ll also enjoy fresh bread rolls you’ve shaped yourself as part of your lunch, bringing the whole process together in a relaxed, practical way.
