Discover this Rum Masterclass with Brewhouse and Kitchen, guided by one of their rum experts. The lucky pair will delve into the rich history and fascinating origins of rum while gaining valuable insights into the intricate distillation and aging process. Savour six tastings from a selection of rums, from various categories eg. Golden, Aged, Spiced & flavoured etc.
Throughout the session tasting notes of each will be explained, enhancing your appreciation of each rum's distinct nuances. You'll also complete personalised tasting note sheets during the masterclass, and at the end, you'll receive a certificate of completion.
During the class the aromatic Kilner jars of spices and sugar cane will be showcased, cap off the event with a demonstration of the classic Dark & Stormy cocktail.
This experience is generally available on Saturdays, throughout the year.

Our host was good, great value for money, meal was decent, rum masterclass was great in terms of education. We both didn’t like the taste of the rum (out of preference) and still enjoyed the day. 10/10 definitely would recommend.
