The Royal Pavilion has a colourful history stretching back over 200 years. Built as the seaside pleasure palace for King George IV, it has also served as a civic building, First World War hospital, and has become a true icon of Brighton. It mixes Regency grandeur with the visual style of India and China. The Pavilion will allow you to explore the furniture and works of art including original pieces lent by HM the Queen.
Located just a 5 minute walk from the Pavilion, head to The Wine Cellar to relax with a sharing board and a glass of wine for two.
A Sharing board consists of any three cheeses/meats served with chutney and sourdough bread, the choice of meats and cheeses can be made on the day, all locally sourced served with a 175ml glass of red, white or Rose house wine.
