Join Inamo’s head sushi chef to learn the closely guarded secret of how to roll your own Dragon!

Inamo’s signature dish is the stunning Dragon Roll sushi which comprises of crunchy tempura shrimp, creamy avocado and a touch of mayo, all bought together in the form of a cute Dragon.

It’s a firm favourite amongst diners at Inamo, and now it is your chance to learn how to make it yourself, guided by our sushi expert.

During the 45 minute class you and your guest will also learn how to make a second roll specially created for the class. For vegetarian & vegan guests there is a vegan sibling to the Dragon Roll which is the Red Dragon Roll.
