5-Hour Adventure: Crafting Your Own Spirit
Distil from 10am to 3pm: Dive into the art of distillation during this hands-on workshop.
Distillery Tour: Explore our cutting-edge distillery and meet Victory, our impressive 150-litre copper still.
Spirits Session: Discover the fascinating history and science behind Gin, Vodka, and Rum production.
Tastings: Savor three of Nelson’s award-winning spirits.
Light Lunch: Enjoy a refreshing cold buffet lunch with beverages.
Recipe Preparation: Get creative by concocting your own recipe using over 60 botanicals.
Distil Your Spirit: Experience the thrill of distillation as you sample and craft your very own 70cl spirit.
Finish Your Creation: Decant, bottle, wax seal, and label your masterpiece to take home the same day.
If chosen to create your own Rum, enthusiasts will distil an 'un-aged' rum in their session.

The minimum age is 18 years old.
Given the tastings, Its strongly advised arranging transportation to and from the distillery. Vehicles can be parked overnight and retrieved the next morning from the venue.
