Synergy Experiences retreats are profoundly influenced by the work of Jon Kabat Zinn, who is a professor of medicine and the creator of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Centre for Mindfulness in Medicine Health Care.

The purpose of Synergy Experience's retreats is to create a space to reconnect, cleanse, nurture and discover the power of mindfulness. Jon Kabat Zinn believes mindfulness can help people improve their experience of everyday life and cope better with stress, anxiety, pain and illness.

From the moment you arrive at a Synergy Experience retreat you will feel looked after, you will have the chance to truly rest, relax and immerse yourself in their gentle teachings of mindfulness and meditation.

Synergy Experiences will provide yoga mats if you don't have one. Wear comfortable warm clothing and footwear (workout clothes are fine). Bring a reusable water bottle, a blanket for meditation, slippers, a waterproof coat, and boots if it is /has been raining. Around two weeks prior to the retreat you will be sent a questionnaire to enable them to get to know you, if you have a disability, injuries, or limitations we can offer an alternative activity on the day. Most venues have disability access (not London). Mobile phones are not permitted during the retreat.

The experience content, equipment used, and restrictions may vary. Synergy Experiences cater for dietary requirements, but they CANNOT CATER FOR A NUT ALLERGY (you can bring your own food).
