Step into Hiver’s Bermondsey Taproom for a hands-on Honey Harvesting Workshop.

Guided by expert honey harvesters, you’ll uncap honey frames, spin them in a manual extractor, filter, and jar your very own fresh honey. Along the way, learn all about bees, beeswax, and the sweet science behind honey production.

To sweeten the experience, enjoy a tasting of Hiver’s signature honey beer. By the end of the 80-minute session, you’ll have a small jar of pure London honey to take home—and a sticky, unforgettable memory. Perfect for foodies, nature lovers, or anyone looking for a quirky, immersive London experience.

• When can I go?

  Available once a month on a weekend, between September and March.

• How long will my experience last?

  This experience will last around 80 minutes.

• How many people is this experience for?

  This experience is for one person, there will be other people there on the day.
