Learn to bake like a ‘Boss’! Spend a day in the kitchen of award-winning pastry chef Eric Lanlard. Eric has created stunning cakes for celebrities and royalty alike, and according to Vanity Fair magazine he is one of the best pâtissiers in the world. Now it is your turn to create a masterpiece with his help and guidance.
Once inside the cookery school based in Battersea you will enjoy a delicious breakfast to get you set up for the class. There are many classes to choose from, such as Baking with Chocolate, Fine Patisserie or French Country Baking, whichever one you go for you will leave with three creations of your own.
You won’t go home hungry as you will also receive a delicious lunch with wine!
Each student goes home with not only their three bakes but a Cake-Boy apron and recipe folder as well as a 10% gift voucher to use in the Baking Boutique.
The experience is run from 9:30am to 16:00pm (Approximately).
