No I do not recommend this product.
Purchased as a Xmas present and described as a one night with breakfast or two night without breakfast dog friendly break the experience was expensive for what was paid.Firstly the choice was very limited and secondly the venue restricted the stay to the one night with breakfast option only.Paying £130 for a one night break which could be had from any of the booking sites for roughly 3/5 of that price makes it an expensive gift.
That said the Roadhouse is a very comfortable clean and welcoming small,dog friendly hotel with a good cafe attached.

Yes I recommend this product.
I stayed for two nights in a comfortable cabin style room, alongside the courtyard to the rear of the main Hotel.
Although the room looked to be in need of a sort out, it was clean, the sheets were also clean and it had all I required for the stay.
The food in the restaurant was first class. I had the opportunity to speak to the chef and told him how much I enjoyed the food.
All the staff were polite and friendly and overall the stay was a 9/10.

Yes I recommend this product.
This is truly a dog friendly hotel. Lovely warm welcome for ourselves and our furry companion. Dog bowls, towels and dog treats at hand if required. The food was amazing, service was exceptional, all staff attentive and professional. Nothing was too much trouble if needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

Been 4 years now to this hotel, the rooms are lovely, the food is very good. There is an underground indoor pool and spa. The staff are very friendly, very helpful and nothing seems to much for them to help or assist you. Would recommend this hotel as a lovely stay once again.

We loved our stay at the Golden Fleece. Small guesthouse with plenty of semi enclosed space for our Labrador to play. Very peaceful and the bed was very comfortable.

Quirky accommodation in a lovely setting. The accommodation is to the side of the pub all on ground level and it was very comfortable. The room was clean with everything you could need. The dog bed and treat bag was a lovely idea. Just through the wooded area there are a couple of massive fields to walk your dog, which a welcome surprise. The put itself is clean and the staff very friendly. We had a carvery which was amazing (a bit pricey) and the breakfast which was included was amazing, with a great choice. Winchester is very close, about 10/15 minute drive.
We had a great stay and would return.

The Fitch Hatton is a small family run hotel with modern, clean rooms. The bar and dining areas are all very well kept and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The bar is well supported by the locals, which I think is always a good sign. The food during our stay was really excellent, both at breakfast and in the evening, highly recommended. There is plenty dog walking available immediately opposite the hotel, down the lane by the church and on to a public bridleway. Overall, most enjoyable stay.
