  Had the most amazing spa day at the crowne plaza Reading From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm genuine welcome.. the staff are all lovely & very knowledgeable.. massage was one of the best I’ve had … made full use of the swimming pool, steam room & sauna .. the afternoon tea was delicious too .. would definitely go back in the near future x
