Went to Queen Anne house in Portland. We got to choose our room as we were the 1st to check in! We went for the room on the top floor which was the biggest. They are all gorgeous rooms and the lady is lovely and friendly

We had a lovely night away, the shopping centre is 10 minutes walk, the whole hotel was beautiful and clean, really nice rooms bed was quite small tho, food was amazing for evening meal and breakfast would definitely be back again

My daughter and I couldn't believe how beautiful the place was. Unbelievably gorgeous garden and breakfast was like nothing I'd had in any hotel or B&B anywhere. very friendly delightful place to stay and will go back.

We had a gift voucher for Hotel stay bought for us. We were limited at the hotels as to when we could stay with a voucher. The hotels only have certain rooms available for the gift vouchers and the rooms are usually the most basic and not the value of the voucher. After months of trying to redeem the voucher we had to pay extra money for a room. The hotel was excellent but we could have booked it for less money and at a more convenient time by booking direct. Would not recommend these vouchers, better to book direct with the Hotel.

We are pleased to see that you enjoyed your over night break and choice of hotel. Having looked into this, I can see that this hotel accepts vouchers Monday to Sunday throughout the year, subject to availability.
The voucher covers a standard double or twin room including breakfast and upgraded rooms are an optional extra. I am sorry to see that you had difficulty redeeming your voucher.
