Botanical Boys Slim Cork Terrarium Masterclass

Discover the surprisingly fascinating world of terrariums at Botanical Boys in a relaxed, hands-on masterclass. The session begins with the history of terrarium discovery before getting stuck into the practical bit: creating a miniature living garden, layer by layer, inside a stylish glass jar.

There’s plenty to learn along the way, from preparing and planting the plants to adding decorative stones and moss. The team at Botanical Boys will also share the secrets of terrarium care, helping ensure the finished garden stays happy with very little maintenance.

The terrarium created during this class is a slim glass jar with a cork lid, measuring approximately 20cm high by 14cm wide making this a lovely introduction to the craft.
Ongoing care advice and support are also available for anyone needing a little extra plant guidance after the workshop.

The experience takes place at a Botanical Boys workshop. The session is relaxed, engaging and hands-on, with all plants, moss, decorative stones and materials provided.
