Yes I recommend this product.
From checking out to afternoon tea it was difficult because you have no room to change in. Had to push for a meeting room as they suggested changing for afternoon tea in the toilets. Quaint eh. Also no special service for wife. Very expensive for drinks also

No I do not recommend this product.
This was our first time on the Sunborn, we were very happy with the food and service, unfortunately it was a hot day and our experience was not enjoyable as the venue was not air conditioned! This made for a very uncomfortable time and after just an hour had to leave. I’m not sure if I would recommend during the summer months.

Location and facilities on the yacht were stunning and the afternoon tea was amazing. Where it lacked was the service. It wasn't full but once seated and given menus it took nearly 20 minutes for someone to come over and take a drinks order. We were there for a couple of hours and no one came over during to ask us if we wanted drinks topped up or refreshed. That let the experience down overall.

We had a great check in and our room was fantastic,
After noon tea was very scrumptious and the cocktail was very nice, they even had decaf tea ,they made my sandwiches to my liking as i don’t eat some things.
The cooked breakfast the next day was good but the fried eggs were hard as put into a dish with a lid ,the pastries were very nice and the rest of the breakfast good value for the money.
