Join a small group for an energetic and fun Djembe drumming session in London E1, led by talented and experienced drummers. The London African Drumming group offers a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere with a great vibe for everyone. Their philosophy focuses on teamwork and group rhythm, encouraging you to tap into your inner beat and fully engage in the experience. No pressure—you can’t get it wrong!
You will explore traditional African rhythms through chants and songs while playing the Djembes and Dun Duns. Along the way, you'll also learn about the rich cultural oral history behind these rhythms and how they've been passed down through generations.
To respect the teacher, fellow participants, and your own learning, please arrive on time. Missing the start could impact your enjoyment and the group's overall experience.
This experience is available the first Saturday of each month from 1pm to 3pm, subject to availability.
This experience will last approximately 2 hours.
This experience is for one person, there will be other people there on the day.
The minimum age is 8 years old.
