To exchange a voucher on Activity Superstore, log in to your account and navigate to the "My Vouchers" section. Select the voucher you wish to exchange, follow the prompts to choose a new activity, and confirm the exchange.

When you make a purchase for your Hotel Escape from our activity superstore list of hotels, the options for receiving your experience voucher are displayed on the basket page. You can choose to receive a free eVoucher within 15 minutes or have it sent directly to the recipient on a specific date at no cost. Alternatively, you can opt for Royal Mail 1st class delivery, which will take 3-5 working days and costs £2.99, or Special Delivery: Next Day service when ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday via DPD for £7.99.
