The atmosphere was both vibrant and relaxing. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Excellent choice of tapas and cocktails. The food was really tasty and we enjoyed out first here. Will visit again.

Arrived was sat down. Then was ignored by staff for 25mins before we ordered. Then ignored all way through. Only had one drink as not asked if we want to purchase more. And we would have spent alot of money as was planning on staying for couple of hour. But we had food and left. And to be honest would not return. Rather gutted as looking for somewhere to have a party. And this will now npt be on list

Use my gift was easy to navigate and get this booking in. However, our experience at the venue was poor. We popped in to see if we could go earlier which they couldn’t facilitate- completely understandable. We returned 15 minutes before our booking and told we had to wait 5 minutes. We asked to wait at the bar (next to an empty table). We waited 10, returned to the host and they sat the party behind us before then sitting us at the empty table next to where we stood. Food was good, waiter was lovely!

We received Present voucher. No one explained what to do upon arrival. Waited over an hour for our food.We were told two different things we were allowed to order by two different waitresses.felt really uncomfortable as if we were in the way. They only seem interested in hen parties. Not couples. Chose to sit chatting to them while we waited for our food and drinks. Would not return or recommend unless on a hen party. Waited so long to sort out our bill which was a prepaid voucher we left as we had nothing to pay anyway. Disappointing afternoon as we travelled especially for this experience.

Food service very slow, but very enjoyable once it arrived. Gave us somebody else's cocktails by mistake, but let us keep them & also brought the ones we ordered, so 2 for the price of 1!

Lots of tapas to choose from, I don't eat cheese but that want problem. Very tasty tapas and 5 was plenty for 2. I had a ginger mojhito, lovely. You could buy more 2 for£10 3pm to 7pm. Great atmospheric building.

When seated we waited 20 minutes to order and receive drinks We were then given tapas menu and told 4 of them were sold out at 7 pm on a Saturday? 3 of them we were going to order. Then after choosing our 5 got told after 10 minutes 1 of those was also sold out. We stayed night in Cardiff for this experience and it ruined our stay .
