On the day of your paintball adventure, you and your team will be equipped with full head and body protection. You'll also be armed with state-of-the-art USA-spec rapid fire semi-automatic machine guns, along with a hip-mounted 400-shot battle pack, for an intense paintball showdown. Before the action begins, a safety briefing and target practice will ensure everyone is ready for the game.
As you and your team set foot on the purpose-built 'battlefield,' an exciting mission awaits. Trek through a jungle to locate an ancient stone pyramid in the 'Tomb Raider' game or become part of the President's post-apocalyptic tour of London - the choice is yours. Whichever battle you’re thrown into, expect an exhilarating session of paint-filled fun until the last ones standing.
To guarantee your safety and enjoyment, friendly marshals will provide guidance and supervision throughout the experience. At the end of the day, a debrief and awards ceremony will celebrate your achievements. Depending on the location, you might even receive a combat suit with a high padded collar for added neck protection. Some venues may even offer a snack to keep you energised, but make sure to check with the booking. If you need additional paintballs to keep the action going, they can be purchased on the day.

Spectators are more than welcome to relax in the Base Camp throughout the day. Many centres boast viewing galleries to witness the action from.
The minimum age is 12. Lincolnshire is 16, Norfolk is 18.
You'll need to be reasonably fit as there will be lots of running around.

What did you get up to?
We visited Delta Force Upminster to take part in their paintballing for four people. I brought my family along with me as I knew they would enjoy the experience.
As soon as we arrived we were kitted out with overalls and given our bullets.
We decided to get the recruit pack, which gave us extra padding and bullets for the day ahead!
We were then put into teams and given our safety briefing, before heading off to 3 amazing game zones. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
The games lasted about 20-30 minutes each and were so much fun!
What did you enjoy the most?
Our favourite part of the experience was the last game, capture the flag!
Some of us had run out of bullets, but still kept shooting to scare the other team, and one of our group even managed to secure the flag!!
We went from being slightly scared at the beginning to thoroughly enjoying the day and being on the winning team.
Bring some extra cash! You will probably need some more bullets and won’t want to get caught out if you want to win!
Take plenty of drinks, it gets hot in the helmets!
Listen to the marshals! They are very helpful and safety is so important there!
