Depending on the location you choose, you can enjoy a one-night stay with breakfast included or a two-night room-only stay. If desired, breakfast can be purchased at the locations. No matter where you choose to stay, whether it's a hotel, charming inn, or traditional cosy pub, you and your pup will feel right at home.
Our dog-friendly stays are situated in a variety of settings, such as tranquil countryside spots, cosy market towns, scenic seafronts, or just minutes away from bustling city centres. This provides ample opportunities for you and your furry friend to explore and enjoy new experiences together. Please note that only one dog per booking will be able to stay for free.
With our dog-friendly getaway package, you no longer have to leave your faithful companion behind. Treat yourself and your dog to a well-deserved break and create lasting memories together.
This break is available on selected days or months, throughout the year. Restrictions may apply to certain properties.

What did you get up to?
We visited the Jug and Glass Inn, in Buxton for an overnight stay with our dog, Cookie. The Inn was easy to find located along the A515. Vicky and the team were great, very attentive and welcoming to us and everyone who came in, and clearly animal lovers themselves. Our room was cosy, well maintained and clean with good bedding and towels. Having Cookie with us they had kindly allocated us a room close to a back door should we need access outside in during the night.
After a short dog walk along the Pennine Bridleway (an old railway line) we returned to the cosy bar for a hearty roast beef dinner and crumble pudding and an evening relaxing with the locals, other guests and Cookie who loved all the attention!
Following a comfortable night’s sleep and full English breakfast we set off to explore a number of local attractions on Vicky’s recommendation.
What did you enjoy the most?
Our favourite part of the experience was exploring the beautiful country walks, it is a bit ‘fresh’ in September but made returning to a cosy friendly pub for the evening even more welcoming.

Been 4 years now to this hotel, the rooms are lovely, the food is very good. There is an underground indoor pool and spa. The staff are very friendly, very helpful and nothing seems to much for them to help or assist you. Would recommend this hotel as a lovely stay once again.

We loved our stay at the Golden Fleece. Small guesthouse with plenty of semi enclosed space for our Labrador to play. Very peaceful and the bed was very comfortable.

Quirky accommodation in a lovely setting. The accommodation is to the side of the pub all on ground level and it was very comfortable. The room was clean with everything you could need. The dog bed and treat bag was a lovely idea. Just through the wooded area there are a couple of massive fields to walk your dog, which a welcome surprise. The put itself is clean and the staff very friendly. We had a carvery which was amazing (a bit pricey) and the breakfast which was included was amazing, with a great choice. Winchester is very close, about 10/15 minute drive. We had a great stay and would return. Thank you

The Fitch Hatton is a small family run hotel with modern, clean rooms. The bar and dining areas are all very well kept and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The bar is well supported by the locals, which I think is always a good sign. The food during our stay was really excellent, both at breakfast and in the evening, highly recommended. There is plenty dog walking available immediately opposite the hotel, down the lane by the church and on to a public bridleway. Overall, most enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the royal Lodge. Our dog Peggy was mostly comfortable. and was welcomed everywhere. We had some wonderful walks in the autumn sunshine. The only little hiccup was that Peggy was unwilling to go up and down the very steep staircase with narrow treads. She hasn't encountered this before and after the first time had to be carried. which felt a little precarious for me. Luckily she is a Westie and not a Labrador! However we appreciate that the building is quite old and everything was very clean and charming and we have absolutely no complaints. Breakfast and dinner both very good and service always with a smile. this stay was a voucher gift from our children and we made the most of it. I hope we will manage a return visit one day.
