Target Sports World aims to provide target sports such as axe throwing, assault rifle shooting, airgun and crossbow experiences to anyone who wants to try them.
They provide assault rifle shooting, using a semi-automatic rifle loaded with real live bullets. The bullets fly as quick as you can pull the trigger from a 25-round magazine. The shooting club is Home Office approved and follows the sports of Lightweight Sport Rifle and Gallery Rifle.
Other activities include airgun shooting, axe throwing, crossbow shooting, compound archery and a multi-activity session where you can try out your choice of sports.
Experience the thrill of a unique target sport in a purpose-built range. Shooting a crossbow is steeped in history but the weaponry has certainly evolved and changed over the years.
Participants receive a full safety briefing and instruction on the proper use of the crossbow. A qualified instructor will be on hand to give guidance on various techniques in order to get as close to the target as possible. By the end of the hour long session you will both have perfected your skills, but which one will be the most successful? This really is an exciting weaponry experience that you're sure to remember!
