With this experience you will take part in a seasonal vegan cookery lesson (via Zoom) with an emphasis on the seasonality of the ingredients, their origin and history of the recipe. Zoe will also be happy to offer variations on the recipe and advice on a vegan/plant based lifestyle. A sample menu may include - Plant based tacos with all the fixings: homemade cheese sauce, pickled vegetables, mock meat, guacamole and salsa followed by Mexican chocolate pots.
